Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to blast away dirt — right for concrete and pavers. Soft washing uses low pressure with EPA-safe detergents to kill mold and algae at the root. Soft washing is the correct method for roofs, stucco, siding, and painted wood. High pressure on those surfaces causes real damage.
We pre-rinse all surrounding vegetation before applying any cleaning solution, and rinse again after. Our biodegradable detergents are plant-safe when diluted. Point out any plants you're concerned about before we start.
Usually not. As long as we have access to the areas and an outdoor water spigot, we can complete most exterior jobs without you present. We send before-and-after photos when the job is done. Pets should be kept inside during the service.
A standard driveway takes 1–2 hours. House exterior soft wash is 2–4 hours depending on size. Roof soft washing takes 2–3 hours. Combined jobs usually run a half day. We give you a time estimate at the free assessment.
